You will be key in ensuring a safe environment for employees and contractors.In this role you will:Ensure employees and contractors understand and comply with HSE requirements,Undertake pro-active risk assessments on new and existing equipment,Lead and participate in safety investigations to implement preventative and corrective actions,Advise and lead on all site environmental requirements,Drive the company safety agenda through clear communication and engaging the site team.You will be an integral part of the Site Leadership TeamThe successful candidate will possess:Appropriate OHS education (tertiary preferred) and knowledge of Australian OHS regulations.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role,Performance-driven and able to work well under pressure combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.This is an opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation in a role that is both is both challenging and rewarding.
