With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityThe Yoghurts & Desserts manufacturing site at Echuca has recently enjoyed significant expansion and is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused HR and IR support in line with the Business direction and strategy.Reporting to the Site Manager, you are an integral part of the Site Leadership Team, partnering the leaders to ensure effective delivery of people and culture strategies and  continuously improve the company’s people agenda..Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:First point of contact for all HR related enquiries. Handle walk-ins/call-ins to HR, effectively dealing with all HR issues in line with company policies and proceduresDrive engagement and culture through close partnering of leaders, communication and capability building.Partner with cost centre managers to optimise labour costs.EBA negotiations, disputes and grievance management and IR advice.End to end people processes including recruitment, Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Development, Individual Development and Performance Reviews.The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys being out in the factory on a daily basis, has 5+ years HR experience demonstrating strong leadership, conflict resolution, influence, building relationships, negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously.If you are interested in applying for this role please send your application to our Talent Acquisition Manager by selecting Apply Now.Position description AUD Echuca 3564
