If you like the idea of joining a progressive company that truly values their employees, then this without doubt is a great company for you!Based at our modern head office in Scoresby and reporting to the Finance Manager, the key focus of this role is to provide accounting support to our Sales and Marketing staff for our national business across products, channels and customers. This will include, but not be limited to:Building skills, understanding of systems and P&L interpretation for sales staff.Assist with the build of commercial budget and forecasts for Sales & Marketing Departments.Assist with Month End Accounting tasks around selling and marketing related overheads, trade spend, revenue, royalties and COGS.Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts, including GST reportingAssist in management of system master data and COPA/TM1 reportingWeekly, monthly commercial reports and assist in review of commentary.Assist in Customer profitability analysis & modellingManagement of daily finance administration tasks (petty cash, credit card management, etc)For this role, it is preferred that you have 2 - 4 years experience within an FMCG organisation with understanding of data extraction, modelling and ability to apply across the entire P & L. You will possess a bachelor of business/accounting or similar qualification or are working towards one, advanced skills in all MS Office applications, mainly in Excel and demonstrated understanding of SAP would be beneficial.Proven skills in analysing and translating commercial information into valuable insights will be the key to success in this role.
