With a range of more than 2,000 products, Lactalis is committed to playing a daily role in the health and well-being of consumers throughout the world, via the provision of nutritious dairy products—milk, cheese, yoghurt and other soft foods and beverages.At the heart of our business locally, we have over 2,200 passionate employees, working closely and constructively with some 500 Australian farmers to produce the finest dairy products in the country.Pillar brands such as Pauls, Oak, Ice Break, Tamar Valley Dairy, Vaalia, President and Galbani provide Lactalis Australia with a deep national footprint for growth and prosperity.About the OpportunityWe now have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Milk Supply Analyst to join the Milk Administration team based in the South Brisbane office.Reporting to the Milk Accountant, your duties will include:Accurately maintain the daily milk movement data in MAPS (Internal milk supply system)Accurate and timely data entry for third party movements.Reconciliation of milk movements between farm and factoryIngredient invoice generation to third partiesAssist in the preparation and reporting of monthly milk collection resultAssist with monthly payment of milk and freight supplier payment runSolve routine problems and rationalise process where necessaryTo be successful in this role, you can be a recent graduate or someone who has demonstrated experience in a junior accounting role, or finance administration and customer service. You will need strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel particularly) and experience with SAP is advantageous. You will have strong organisation, time management, fact finding and analytical skills. Be self-confident in managing difficult situations, excellent communication and a common sense approach that will see you build effective business relationships and rapport with colleagues and customers.
