With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!Our OpportunityAn exciting opportunity now exists for an energetic and proactive candidate to further their career within Lactalis.  We are now seeking a Field Sales Manager / Key Account Manager for the NT based in Darwin.This unique role will report into the Western Regional Sales Manager - and will have a focus on the Field Sales Team as well as the Key Accounts based in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Coach and lead the Field Sales Team to deliver sales growth with a defined geographic region.Win the hearts and mind of the NT sales team to ensure a high level of Engagement and team work.Increase sales and profitability for Lactalis by planning and implementing the region specific go-to-market Strategy.Control expenditure and trading terms within established budget constraints to ensure profitability in the Sales region.Develop & nurture customer relationships (State Based & National).Drive category management principles through all product portfolios that will realise the Category Vision.Achieve Share, Volume/Value and MC budgets as specified in the business operating plan.Managing trade, promotional spend and Fixed asset management within budget.Liaise with Marketing & Customer Marketing on new product development & launch timings.Gain maximum acceptance of Lactalis new lines at all range reviews and drive speed to market.Manage Co-op, promotional monies & reconcile claims as required.Manage Cost Centre expenses for Sales team within budget.Work with Operations and Logistics team to ensure optimum customer serviceForecasting locally produced and buy in products to meet the demand of the NT seasonal business.Essential for this position will be the possession of outstanding Leadership qualities, sales, financial, business development and presentation skills, as well as an enhanced ability to build and leverage from both external and internal business relationships.You will be joining a skilled and dynamic local & national team that is driven to succeed; therefore we are seeking a like-minded individual who has a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.If you are a dedicated and motivated sales professional with a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – We have this one covered!
