Pillar brands such as Paul’s, OAK, Ice Break, Tamar Valley Dairy, Vaalia, President and Galbani provide Lactalis Australia with a deep national footprint for growth and prosperity.About this OpportunityWe currently have an opportunity for an outstanding Warehouse Shift Coordinator responsible for the daily management of the shift, including picking orders, loading trucks to schedule, stock control, health and safety, and performance of all employees on the shift. Reporting to the Richlands DC Manager, this role will be responsible for the following: Effective planning and execution of goals and objectivesEffective investigative skills to undertake root cause analysis for hazard identification, risk assessment and safety incidentsEffective communicator – both written and verbal communication across a varied audience.Effective and proficient trainer with the ability to develop and deliver appropriate training packages tailored to a varied audienceProficient in writing Standard Operating Procedures/ Safety operating procedures and work instructionsAbility to understand and apply legislation appropriately and monitor complianceAbility to effectively manage people and bring about change in culture and employee performance.Continuous improvement initiatives.Knowledge of MHE & equipment management.Forklift licence preferred but not essential As you will have leadership of a team of 15 - 20 staff, people leadership responsibilities in this role will be essential.  As such, we are looking for a warehouse coordinator who can inspire and engage their team members to meet and exceed their potential. To be successful in this role we will require the successful candidate to have a least 5+ years working experience in the field of logistics, preferably within a warehousing environment.  Strong computer skills with intermediate to advance skills in MS Excel Word and Power Point, SAP experience and WMS and RF experience is preferable but not essential.About the BenefitsLactalis encourages and supports a safe learning environment to give you the opportunity of a successful and rewarding career with us. If you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies - We have this one covered!  AUD Richlands 4077
