With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityResulting from a couple of internal secondments to support the continued development of our team members, we have a 12 month fixed term contract available for an enthusiastic person with 2+ years Replenishment/Supply Planning/Inventory Management experience in FMCG environment or similar Customer Supply Chain role to join our team.  This could be your foot in the door to join Lactalis Australia, as we are committed to retaining and developing outstanding talent!Reporting to the Customer Supply Manager for Yoghurts & Desserts (Y&D), you are the key contact for Metcash, Aldi and Costco for day to day supply chain activities in Y&D.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Deliver accurate replenishment ordering and inventory management for one of Australia’s major wholesalers.Leading internal and customer collaboration efforts to ensure that demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost effective way.Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.Work with team to identify root cause of issues and work with internal stakeholders on corrective actions.To work with our commercial teams to understand promotion plans in detail and to make sure these plans are executed as planned throughout the supply chain.To liaise with Supply Planning and Logistics/Transport team in the event of shortages or late deliveries.Provide the Sales and Demand Planning teams visibility, information and insights to aid forecast accuracy.The successful candidate will have qualifications in Business or Supply chain related field, great interpersonal skills, and thrive in a rapidly changing and fast paced environmentIf you are interested in applying for this role please send your application to our Talent Acquisition Manager by selecting Apply Now.Position Description AUD Lidcombe 2141
