Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager (Liquids), you will strive to make Lactalis the supplier of choice by developing and implementing processes to deliver best in class customer service. You will build and maintain business relationships as the key supply chain contact for the Petrol & Convenience (P&C) and Independents channel. Your experience will enable you to identify and manage Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for Lactalis and our customers.You will have a customer centric mindset and will work closely with many key stakeholders including, sales, category management, planning, logistics and production. To be successful in the role you need to have experience in end to end Supply Chain processes.The key responsibilities will include:-Lead internal and customer collaboration efforts to ensure that demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost effective way.Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved. Provide visibility to the business on customer KPIs.Work with our teams to identify root cause analysis and provide corrective actions.Identifying and driving supply chain improvements in conjunction with the customer which results in improvement of customer service and cost win-wins.To be considered for the role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply chain related fields and a minimum of 3 years Replenishment/Planning/Logistics experience in FMCG environment or similar Customer Supply Chain role. In addition, you must have good presentation, communication and influencing skills, with experience in working with internal stakeholders.
