Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Corporate & HR Management Control Manager, this position offers a great chance to develop your Financial controlling skills and provide great exposure to different stakeholders in the business.Your main responsibility as the Corporate & HR business analyst will be the provision of finance services to all corporate functions along with responsibility of preparing the labour reporting for the Australian Group.With demonstrated problem solving skills, a pro-active outlook and strong analytical skills your primary tasks will include:Provision of accounting support to various corporate functions as requiredTimely and accurate Financial and Management reporting including monthly result preparation and performance measures for corporate functions;Financial preparation and monthly submission of labour reporting to Head OfficePreparation of monthly Forecasts and annual Budgets, including variance analysis and KPI monitoring and reportingAnalysis of business trends and issuesPartner with Senior Leaders providing analysis and explanation of monthly results variances, business trends and KPIsBuilding effective relationships with departmental colleagues and business partnersTo succeed in this role, you will have a relevant Accounting/Commerce degree and completed (or studying towards becoming) CA or CPA. Exposure to large corporate life and FMCG industry would be an advantage.  You will have advanced Excel skills, exposure to a large ERP system and a solid ability for focus on detail.
