With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this OpportunityWe are seeking a Warehouse Co-Ordinator – Ingredients & Packaging to join the Rowville Operations team, reporting to and providing support to the Production Manager, you will play an integral role in the day to day activity of the site . Through the preparation and processing of orders for Ingredients and Packaging materials, monitoring stock levels and supply sources and maintaining stock and inventory levels. A key element of the role is to coordinate all storage and the accompanying relationships, receivables, dispatching, pallet transfers & stock transfer function for all raw materials , packaging and consumables within the site operation. You will also have responsibility for managing the team within the Warehouse and their daily workloads.  You will achieve this through your effective time management, attention to detail, problem solving and delegation skills. You will deliver customer service excellence to both internal and external customers by ensuring that work is processed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.Key accountabilities of the role are:Purchasing materials via the MRP list of SAP and closely monitoring and responding to exception messages.Scheduling of the inbound deliveries taking into account site requirements and storage constraints.Maintaining weekly stock levels primarily in relation to all Ingredients and Packaging used in the site.Following up orders in a timely manner (24 hours), clearing blocked orders, price variances and quantity variances.Liaising with Suppliers to ensure delivery on time.Communicating with Supplier for product return /credit notes  /non compliance.With support of onsite QA team, logging non-compliance details in Parmalat QM system and following up on the outcome.Ensuring SAP Ordering System is current at all times. All transfers must be completed several times per day to ensure that the Factory and Procurement reports are accurate at all times.Escalating to site management, Supplier’s noncompliance (delivery time / Quantity - quality / invoice accuracy…).Highlighting any Master data problem and ensuring issue is corrected.To ensure all receivals are matched with an invoice before receival on a daily basis.
