About the Opportunity
The QLD Field Sales Team is seeking an experienced, energetic and pro-active FMCG Sales Territory Manager who is ready to join the team.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be accountable for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and through the development of effective sales strategies in an existing customer base south-side of Townsville with overnight travel to Bowen, Collinsville, Proserpine & Airlie Beach.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Achieving volume, revenue sales targets as per sales plan;
- Achieving set product distribution targets;
- Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development;
- Managing all placement of company point of sale material;
- Providing market information and feedback to management; and
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales in the FMCG industry. You will have a strong balance between behaviours and results with a view to providing the best possible outcomes for Lactalis as well as adding value to our customers’ business.
This role is best suited to an organised and motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to providing exceptional customer service through identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
