Parmalat’s extensive range is only further complemented by our parent company, Lactalis’ specialty cheese brands which include Lemnos, Jindi, President & Galbani.About the OpportunityParmalat is seeking an experienced, energetic and pro-active FMCG Sales Territory Manager who is ready to join our NSW Field Sales team.Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be accountable for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and through the development of effective sales strategies in an existing customer base in the Northern Beaches Region - Sydney. The Territory Manager will also manage a broad range of sales activities across each of the channels that they represent. Further to this you will be responsible for coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Achieving volume, revenue sales targets as per sales plan;Achieving set product distribution targets;Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development;Managing all placement of company point of sale material;Providing market information and feedback to management; andIdentifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.The successful candidate will have a strong balance between behaviours and results with a view to providing the best possible outcomes for the company as well as adding value to the customers’ business. A proven track record of sales in the FMCG industry and/or tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Marketing will be well regarded. This role is suited to an organised and motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to providing exceptional customer service through identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
