About this Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Application Systems Support Officer to join our Direct Store Delivery Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This team manages the distribution of our iconic products via a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Distributor Network to various customers groups including supermarkets, foodservice, convenience stores.
Based in South Brisbane, this role will provide day to day support and operation of our internal ERP system (PFN), supporting our Ortec Tactical Routing team and assisting with systems within the department. The position will also be responsible for assisting with the integrity of other processes/systems that integrate with the department systems.
Whilst this role requires an IT and support background, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and application of modern training techniques, the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to others and provide user application support.
