The role is based in Darwin, NT and reports to the Sales Administration Team Leader. The main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the NT Field Sales and Account Management teams.Duties include, but are not limited to:Processing of customer forms and associated paperworkCoordinating domestic travel bookingsExpense managementHead-Office rebate set up and processingSales Reporting and general reports as requestedProcessing customer claimsProcessing of milk distributor rebatesGeneral office duties including supply management, laminating, photocopying, mail outsVarious other administrative and supportive duties as required including eventsTo be successful in this role you must have:-High attention to detail and be highly organisedA friendly and supportive attitude toward your role and ability to work with a large teamGreat people skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organisation2+ years of previous administrative experience working with a Management TeamExtremely well-organized and able to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and oralAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient in analysing and understanding dataShows great initiativeIf you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please forward your application to our Talent Acquisition Manager by selecting ‘Apply’ and following the prompts.
