We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented SHE professional to support our  Parmalat Echuca and Bendigo sites.Reporting directly to the National SHE Manager, your responsibilities will include:A key member of the National SHE team.Engaging with leadership teams and team members across all levels around health, safety and environmental matters.Engaging and building solid stakeholder relationships with your teams and assist them to develop and implement SHE plans in line with Parmalat National SHE strategies and standards.Supporting and coaching  your teams to implement and manage SHE in their areas.Assisting with the development of area specific SHE training.Supporting and coaching your teams in accident and near miss investigations and reports.Ensuring your teams comply with relevant SHE legislative requirements.Assisting in the implementation of area injury management and rehabilitation processes.Skills and Experience we are looking for in you:Tertiary qualification in OHS.A confident interpersonal style, with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation.Experience in developing / leading /coaching a Health, Safety & Environment function in support of a multiple stakeholder environment.Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to advise and apply statutory obligations in respect to OH&S Legislation.Experienced in SHE Management Systems.Proven success in behavioural / cultural program rollout.Some experienced in Workers Compensation, RTW and Training.This position is based at both our Echuca and Bendigo sites and therefore requires some travel.If you are a dedicated individual and pride yourself on your attention to detail, have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies: We have this one covered!
