We are now seeking to recruit a pro-active Production Operator who is ready to make a positive impact to the business at our Rockhampton (Central QLD) factory. We require team-oriented and highly skilled Operators who are self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Previous experience in operating fill and pack production lines, and/or processing equipment such as pasteurisation, mix plants, store room management and stocktaking multiple SKUs in the food industry is preferred. The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault finding / troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality and safety, effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. A forklift licence is essential, and sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Further warehousing or food processing qualifications would be advantageous as would any experience with SAP.
