Our business continues to experience strong growth and clear direction as it advances into the future.About this OpportunityWe are now seeking to recruit pro-active Production & Process Operators on fixed term contracts who are ready to make a positive impact to the business. The fixed term contracts on offer are for an approximate 5 month duration (out to 31st March 2019).We require team-oriented and highly skilled Operators who are self motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Previous experience in operating fill and pack production lines, and/or processing equipment such as pasteurisation, mix plants, store room management and stocktaking multiple SKUs in the food industry is preferred. The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault finding / troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Further warehousing or food processing qualifications would be advantageous as would any experience with SAP.
