This is one of our ingredients sites, predominantly processing bulk milk ingredients, skim milk and whole milk powder, cream cheese and desserts. Reporting and providing support to the Site Manager, you will play a leading role in the day to day activity across all aspects of production to ensure timely delivery of product to schedule and specification.About YouThrough your effective leadership, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of workplace safety, GMP, expenditure and people management.Your strong communication and conflict resolution skills will see you through this challenging role. You will have highly developed organisational, time management and administrative skills as well as a demonstrated ability to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.
