With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this opportunity:We are currently recruiting a Process Worker for Night shift who ideally, has experience in machine or process operation and is able to demonstrate a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.You will have managed a small team and have the ability to drive performance to reach company objectives. You will possess effective communication skills and a demonstrated understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.You will be able to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues and make good decisions under pressure.To be successful in this position, you must have:Strong leadership skillsAn in–depth understanding of process operations in a dairy, food or beverage manufacturing environment;Knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement;Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential;Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;Ability to assist in driving operational targets, product safety compliance and regulatory requirements to the highest standards.You must be self motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required and be able to work as part of a team.Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and achieve results will only add to your success.
