This role is not for the faint-hearted! It is action packed, fast paced, has loads of variety and will have you thinking on the fly daily!!Based at Scoresby and reporting to the Customer Director – P&C, you will be responsible for the total sales across all our categories for one of our premium portfolios.Responsibilities for this role also include:Developing proactive strategies to maximise your Customer Portfolio business including building medium and long term strategies for optimum profitabilityAchievement of set financial, category, strategic, marketing and sales plans and objectivesWorking closely with colleagues nationally to facilitate continual development of the teamCoordinating the information link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Forecasting/Demand Planning, Distribution functions and retail trade to enhance timely and appropriate action/responses to support customer needsConsensus Forecasting for all categories/products weekly.To ensure your success in this role, you will have strong account management experience demonstrating leadership, conflict resolution, presentation and negotiation skills. You will be financially competent, you will have a sharp understanding of our competitive environment and our unique market challenges.Your ability to build relationships and rapport with internal and external customers is paramount.
