This role this is a critical development role which provides hands on account management experience that will deliver long term career opportunities.Based at our Lidcombe office and reporting to the National Account Manager, key responsibilities for this role also include;Managing high growth, high opportunity categories such as UHT Milk and Juice through development of specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-termManaging promotional plans, trade spend and range reviews processes across multiple categoriesProviding support to the National Account Manager by analysing data in order to generate insights and recommendations to assist with fact based decision makingThis is a critical role for our business & our customer, so we are seeking a candidate with the following skills & experience;Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing related discipline is desirableFMCG knowledge, with understanding of the dairy industry considered a bonusA results focused mind-set with experience dealing with multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial & analytical acumenHigh levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results orientated mentalityGood negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/AztecYou will be joining a skilled and dynamic Account team that is driven to succeed; therefore we are seeking a like-minded and motivated sales professional with a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. If this sounds like you,  then please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – We have this one covered!  AUD Lidcombe 2141
