This role will be responsible for the Safety, Health, Environment & Well-being across all Lactalis Australia sites nationally. Reporting to the General Manager HR, you will lead a team of SHE professionals on the continued journey towards zero harm to both people and the environment.This is a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading, global organisation in a key role that is both challenging and rewarding.Expectations for this role also include:Continue to drive safety and environment improvements through initiatives, training, and coaching.Proven relationship builder and ability to coach senior leaders.Support SHE leaders on the compliance journey with both technical expertise and advice.Continue to develop strategies to engage our workforce in a health and well-being continuous improvement programme.Bring innovative ideas that connect with our vision to drive cultural change in SHE. Ideal CandidateTo ensure your success in this role you will have a relevant degree with at least ten years people management experience. You will have a track record of success in a national safety leadership role ideally gained within high-risk industries such as Manufacturing or Supply Chain. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and achieve results will only add to your success.
