With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the RoleLactalis is now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance function of our Lidcombe dairy processing plant.Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a leading role in the strategy and day to day activity across maintenance to ensure timely delivery of product to schedule and specification.Through your effective leadership, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of workplace safety, legislative and regulatory requirements, company policies, GMP, expenditure and people management.Implementing preventative maintenance and continuous improvement procedures to reduce plant downtime and increase line efficiencies will be an integral part of this role. Your strong communication and conflict resolution skills will see you through this challenging role. You will have highly developed organisational, time management and administrative skills as well as a demonstrated ability to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.
