This role will also be responsible to manage and support other sites (Geebung & Nambour) in a leadership capacity. This is a permanent full-time position and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, is able to execute key projects in the northern region coupled with the responsibility of driving standardisation and improvements across all northern sites. People leadership responsibilities in this role are significant and you are an inspirational leader with the toolkit to develop and mentor a high potential support team. You will be an influential communicator, and have experience working in similar environments. Sound understanding of GMP and HACCP principles is expected as is your focus on safety and quality.Along with great leadership skills, it is preferable that you hold a Certificate in Distribution-Warehousing and minimum 5+ years warehouse management experience. Your attention to detail, sound literacy and numeracy skills and strong customer service focus are key requirements for the success of this position.
