With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!Our OpportunityReporting to the National L&D Manager, you'll primarily be responsible to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate learning and development programs to support business and functional strategies with the ultimate goal of building a sustainable, resilient and agile workforce. Then read on!Initially, you will focus on building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs and developing a plan for assessing, formulating and executing learning and development strategies across our industrial and supply chain network.In summary, you will be accountable for:(but not limited to …)Assess, manage and coordinate the provision of training and development activities to enhance the capability and performance base of our team members and leaders.Centralise and streamline our T&D activities, ensuring consistency in capturing, storing, delivering and improving on all learning related information/initiatives.Proactively engage with primary stakeholders to assess capability gaps and propose and coordinate pragmatic and cost effective solutions.Liaising with international contact points to understand global strategy and align appropriate learning & development programs.Coordinate nationally for Industrial and Supply Chain the planning, organising and delivering the annual budgeting process for all elements of internal and external training needs.Working closely with the GMHR to the set annual training budget, including costing and reconciling activities to ensure the company delivers on training commitments.Providing ongoing reporting and analysis on training activities, and carrying out relevant administrative duties as required.The successful applicant will be energetic, tenacious and driven with the ability to build effective programs, systems and processes from scratch. You'll have an excellent track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. You will also have advanced knowledge of MS Excel coupled with superior coordination, communication and facilitation skills.As this role is multifaceted, it would be beneficial to have L&D, and/or Training experience working across a variety of business areas and levels (manufacturing, distribution and office staff).Communication is key in this position! You will be working with a variety of stakeholders across the business (nationally and internationally).
