Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!Our OpportunityWe now seek to recruit a professional & hands-on Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for the inventory management of products into and out of the Lidcombe cold room.  This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-driven individual to join the Distribution Warehouse team at Lidcombe.Reporting to the NSW Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities are to manage the finished product stock controls on a daily basis and to ensure we supply and meet our customer’s needs.  This will be completed with minimal financial loss by the reduction of write-offs, stock dumps and poor inventory management.You will also ensure the overall safety of all employees in your area by following operational procedures and manage compliance with all company and industry regulations and standards.To be successful you will have a proven background in a similar FMCG manufacturing industry with a demonstrated and thorough understanding of production flow and supply chain management.  Exceptional communication and strategic planning and implementation skills and the ability to train and develop people are essential to the success of this role.  Skills in the use of WMS & advance handling equipment and also a good working knowledge of excel / database management tools will be desirable.On offer is an exciting career challenge for you to make an immediate impact, career progression opportunities, competitive salary package and a team orientated and fast paced work environment, committed to succeeding and having fun whilst doing so. If you are a dedicated individual and pride yourself on your attention to detail, have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.
