With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!Our OpportunityBased in Lidcombe, we now seek to recruit a professional & hands-on Inventory Controller who will be responsible for leading and driving the inventory management of products into and out of the Lidcombe cold room. This role is not for the faint hearted, you are not afraid to take the initiative and manage complex stock processes on a daily basis. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-driven individual to join the Distribution Warehouse team.Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are to manage the finished product stock controls on a daily basis and to ensure we supply and meet our customer’s needs. This will be completed with minimal financial loss by the reduction of write-offs, stock dumps and poor inventory management.You will also ensure the overall safety of all employees in your area by following operational procedures and manage compliance with all company and industry regulations and standards.To be successful you will have a proven background in a similar FMCG manufacturing industry with a demonstrated and thorough understanding of production flow and supply chain management. Exceptional leadership, communication and strategic planning and implementation skills and the ability to train and develop people are essential to the success of this role.
