Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityA very exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, self-motivated, driven and passionate Integrated Supply Planner.  This role is responsible for ensuring  Parmalat’s inventory is efficient and effectively replenished across all Woolworths’ DC’s whilst minimising any out of stocks situations and inventory write offs.Reporting to the ISP Team Leader, as a Parmalat employee you will be based at the Woolworths Head Office in Bella Vista.  This role will play the pivotal link between Parmalat and Woolworths replenishment & DC teams. Internally you will work cross functionally with Sales, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning and production teams.In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to :Replenishment of stock in Woolworths Warehouses nationally, ensuring maximum Inbound (Parmalat to Woolworths DC) and Outbound (Woolworths DC to stores) service levelsAccuracy of forecast and alignment with Woolworths forecastingProactive management and resolution of service issues on a daily basisCommunication between Parmalat and Woolworths stakeholders on all customer service mattersProactive contribution to improvements in all areas of responsibility including tools and systemInvolvement in Customer supply chain projects as requiredTo be successful, you will ideally have:Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain or similar fieldStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of supply planning principlesStrong negotiating skillsGood communication skillsContinuous improvement mindsetFMCG/ retail experienceSAP experiencePrevious ISP/VRP or supply planning experience would be well regarded but not essential, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their supply chain career.In return we offer an exciting career challenge for you to make an immediate impact, career progression opportunities, a competitive salary package and a team orientated and fast-paced work environment committed to succeeding.  If you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – We have this one covered!
