We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, driven and passionate HR Advisor to add value to the Parmalat Business through the provision of proactive and customer focused HR services.Reporting to the HR Manager Southern Region, Fresh you will partner with and be a key member of the Operations team. You will be responsible for building relationships at all levels and providing hands-on HR assistance and guidance.This is a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading, global organisation at a time of company growth in a key role that is both challenging and rewarding. We are seeking interest from people keen to do part-time hours, equivalent to roughly 15.2 hours per week, spread across 3 or 4 days.Expectations for this role also include:Exposure with site based Agreements/blue collar workforce.By utilizing a ‘hands on’, interactive approach, provide effective HR services asrequired to all operational employees.Coach and assist line managers in relation to performance management issues.Manage and coordinate all recruitment (end to end).Provide training and coaching to line managers and supervisors as necessary for the development of leaders in the business.Coach line managers in practices to engage and align employees.HR Generalist support.Ideal CandidateTo ensure your success in this role you will have HR experience demonstrating strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the aptitude to work autonomously.
