We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate HR Advisor to add value to the Parmalat Business through the provision of proactive and customer focused HR services.Reporting to the HR Director Commercial, you will partner with, and be a key member of the team working across areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for building relationships at all levels and providing hands-on HR assistance and guidance.This is a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading, global organisation in a key role that is both challenging and rewarding.Expectations for this role also include:3+ years’ experience as a HR generalist dealing with, but not limited to, recruitment & on boarding, performance management, learning & development and EEO matters.Sound knowledge of employment relations legislation e.g. Fair Work Act.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A track record of being proactive and achieving outcomes.The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.Ideal CandidateTo ensure your success in this role you will have HR experience demonstrating strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to work autonomously.  In return Parmalat will offer you a challenging and enjoyable role, working with other passionate and committed employees.Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and achieve results will only add to your success.
