With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Sales Manager to drive the Foodservice business across WA as we continue to grow and expand the Foodservice SBU. In the role of State Sales Manager WA you will have complete ownership of WA’s sales performance and work to achieve the set financial, sales, strategic, category and marketing objectives for the Foodservice SBU.  You will have the autonomy to design and implement your sales plan to expand the customer base to drive distribution and volume/value growth across the key channels within all Foodservice Channels - QSR, HORECA, ECHO, Wholesale, Industrial, Route and Distributor.Based in Perth, we require someone who is able to effectively translate the national strategic direction into state based action by leveraging and developing the capability and engagement of your team. As a meticulous cultivator of all stakeholder relationships, you will ensure internal and external customer alignment, account development and growth, distributor management and product penetration.As a leader you will be required to manage the recruitment, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of your direct reports (Foodservice Specialists).  You will be required to develop the capability of your 2 direct reports with view to expand as we grow the states performance in time.Reporting to the Foodservice Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:State budget planning and P&L to EBIT, achieving share, volume/value and margin budgets, whilst maintaining trade and promotional spendsDevelopment of strategic joint business plans to maximise sales results and profitabilityField sales execution team managementProduct pricing strategyPromotionsDistributor relationship managementProduct demand planning/forecastingWe are looking for an exceptional sales leader, ideally with field and account management experience, who thrives in a progressive and dynamic FMCG environment.
