With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityWe are now seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead and support our expanding Liquids Division.Reporting to the Finance Director, your main responsibility is to lead and support all Commercial Accounting functions within our business. This is an integral Finance Business Partner role!You will be exposed and will work hands on with the Senior Leadership Team in all elements of the sales and marketing processes.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Financial and Management reporting including monthly result preparation and performance measuresFinancial Modelling, competitor analysis and maintaining customer promotional programsFacilitate the preparation and quality of regular forecasting and financial plans, including monthly rolling forecasts, budgets and 3 year long term plansAnalyse and explain monthly results, business trends and variancesWorking closely with internal stakeholders regarding the strategic operating planReporting to Parmalat and Global HQ in line with required reporting models and timetablesMentor, coach and train commercial finance teamContinuous improvements in financials systems and reportingThe successful candidate will have  a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Commerce and hold a CA/CPA/CIMA qualification. Ideally you will have FMCG experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing or Sales & Marketing Environment. Experience with SAP and advanced excel skills are desirable.You will have an executive disposition, experience building strategic stakeholder partnerships, willing to work hands on with Range Review and Promotional programs.
