With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this opportunity:Located in South Brisbane, we currently have an exciting vacancy for a suitably qualified Finance Officer to provide data entry into Milk Supply and 3rd Party and Intergroup billing. Reporting to the Milk Accountant, you will ensure timely invoicing of all milk and ingredients both internal and external as well as the data entry into the milk supply system for missing results, whilst ensuring data integrity of Milk system.This is a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading, global organisation in a key role that is both challenging and rewarding.Expectations for this role also include, but not limited to:Ensure all supplier litres are received, confirmed and entered into Milk supply system daily.Data Entry into Milk Supply System for missing results as requiredEnsure set up of new suppliers into Milk Supply System (Farms, Carriers, 3rd Party) in a timely mannerEnsure suppliers receive test resultsLiaise with 3rd parties / internal staff to resolve data issuesInvestigate missing / obscure resultsResponsible for timely and accurate billing of all 3rd party vendorsResponsible for timely and accurate billing of all intergroup entitiesIdeal CandidateTo ensure your success in this role you will enjoy working daily with data entry and reconciliations. You will have a strong communication and administration skills as well as the ability to liaise and develop rapport with your stakeholders, both internally and externally.
