Reporting to the Production Manager via the Shift Coordinator, you will play a leading role in the day to day production of all concentrated milk & powder based activity on site to ensure timely and quality delivery of product to schedule and specification.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have extensive previous dairy experience.  You will have excellent communication and trouble shooting skills to see you through this challenging role.  You will have highly developed organisational and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.  You'll be a team player who possesses knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OHS principles. Your ability to follow standard operating procedures is also critical to this role.  Previous exposure to SAP and SCADA systems will also be viewed favourably.TrainingTraining will be supplied (both internally & externally) to ensure your success.Ownership & ResponsibilitiesThis is a semi-autonomous role with the support of production Coordinators where ownership of the plant is yours, log sheets are completed and responsibility and care is taken to ensure all quality parameters are met.Shift work hoursDuring Peak Season it is a 7 x 24hr operation on a 12hr 4 on - 4 off roster rotating 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off.During the quieter season there may be a requirement for day shifts only, still maintaining a 4 on, 4 off roster.These are subject to change, in adherence with the current EA observed.You are a dedicated individual who is energetic and self-managed, you pride yourself on your attention to detail to succeed in this role.  Please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts. No Recruitment Agencies: We have this one covered!
