Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this OpportunityIn this role you will assist with the integrity of the Franchise/Distributor Model via effective communication of information and providing exceptional administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.Based in our South Brisbane office and reporting to our National Distributor Manager, the DSD Administration Coordinator contributes to the growth and profitability of Parmalat by providing effective administrative support to the National Franchise/Distributor.What will I be doing?In your role, you will be part of our success by:Providing effective, organised, reliable and efficient administrative support to the National Franchise Business unit (DSD)Arranging and contributing to all National Franchise meetingsAssisting with travel bookingsMaintaining the Franchise Members website contentCollating and communicating regular Franchise network newsletters (in conjunction with FBU team members)Maintenance/ownership of National Franchisee & Distributor contact list and depot masterAssisting with rate card review tracking and remindersCommunication to the network – promotional activity, new and deleted products, information requests, turn in ordersManaging Distributor fuel cards including creating monthly statements and completing monthly fuel recharge transactions in SAPPreparation of national monthly reportingInvoice checking, coding, goods receipting in SAPArranging Distributor driver polo – pricing, design, collate ordersSupport form routing and trackingWhat do I need to demonstrate?Administration experienceAble to work independently and in a team environmentResults orientatedExcellent time management skillsAttention to detail and highly organisedStrong computer literacy are pre-requisites (sufficient proficiency in all MS office applications and SAP is preferable)Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skillsWhat else do I need to know?If you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role and wish to join an impressive global business and be part of a healthy working environment, please submit your application including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies: We have this one covered!
