The role will support the team by ensuring the structure, tools and information are provided will allow them to effectively perform their roles within the operation.Reporting to the Shift Coordinator and based at our Rowville site, this role will be responsible for:Order and Shipments management in our SAP WMSPrioritization and co-ordination of warehouse production schedulesAllocate tasks to shop floor operators via RF and voice pick infrastructurePreparation of transport/shipments schedulesProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, identify barriers and propose solutions with customers.Maintain a centralized filing system to support required record keepingIdeal Candidate You will possess:Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skillsSAP Warehouse Management System experience and order and shipments management (preferred)Proficiency in MS Excel and WordStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a team environmentThe role is an afternoon shift role and working this role are 2.00pm till 10.00pm Monday to Friday.
