Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a leading role in the day to day production activity across dessert filling & packing to ensure timely and quality delivery of product to schedule and specification.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have extensive previous dairy experience.  You will have excellent communication and trouble shooting skills to see you through this challenging role.  You will have highly developed organisational and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.  You'll be a team player who possesses knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OHS principles.
