Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityWe are seeking to recruit a Night Shift DC Supervisor for our Richlands Distribution Centre, and we are looking for someone who is ready to make a positive impact to the business and build a career with the company!You will be an extroverted people person who is capable of stepping in and taking control and driving change!  You will play an integral role in the day to day activity across distribution and related areas.  Through your effective and strong leadership you will implement continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of workplace culture and safety, expenditure and people management.Your demonstrated background in warehousing and distribution complemented by your hands-on leadership and communication styles will ensure you succeed in this challenging position.  It is essential that you have proven skills in people management, conflict resolution and have the capacity to promote a positive customer service culture by delivering service excellence to both internal and external customers.You will also have the ability to identify and implement business improvement opportunities and possess a thorough knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO.  Familiarisation with Enterprise Agreements and modern HR Practices will be well regarded, as will a working knowledge of SAP, WMS and tertiary qualifications in a business discipline.  Please note: this role is has an 8pm commencement time and you will need the flexibility to adapt accordingly to a shift work environment.If you are confident within your experience and have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role and wish to join an impressive global business and be part of a healthy working environment, please submit your application including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts. No Recruitment Agencies: We have this one covered!  AUD Richlands 4077
