This will enable us to foster and lead collaborative opportunities and drive Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for Parmalat and our Customers.About our OpportunityBased in Scoresby (Vic) and reporting through to the DSD Customer Supply Chain Manager, we are now recruiting for a Foodservice Customer Supply Chain Specialist to proactively manage the following:To be the key Supply Chain contact for Foodservice customers.Add value to Parmalat and DSD customer Supply Chains by identifying and driving supply chain improvements.Ongoing evaluation of KPI’s to ensure performance targets are achieved. Provide visibility to the business on customer KPI’s.Lead internal and customer collaboration efforts to ensure that customer demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost effective way.Drive and lead customer specific opportunities that enhance Parmalat’s Supply Chain.Work with stakeholders to identify root cause of issues and corrective actions.To create and maximize the information flow between the customer and Parmalat to ensure on-shelf availability.Our ideal candidate will be Tertiary qualified in Business or Supply Chain related fields, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and experience in Replenishment / Supply Planning. As this is a newly created role, you will be self-driven and motivated to develop systems and processes that help deliver desired customer service levels.
