With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this OpportunityReporting to the Masterfile Maintenance Team Leader, we have an 8 month fixed term opportunity for the right person to take on the responsibility for the creation, ongoing maintenance and data integrity of customer master data related to Credit and Sales.  This includes assessment of credit worthiness of all new customers via online credit bureau.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Ensure Customer Information Form and Credit Application is completed correctly before assessing.Process credit applications to determine credit worthinessComplete creation of new account by entering information into both Sales Force and SAP fields.Perform master data maintenance including mass change as requiredAttach the Credit Application and Correspondence to the customer master data record where directedIdeally, you will have strong administrative experience in a commercial environment, preferably within the FMCG industry.  Exposure to computer based integrated business systems, Sales Force and SAP would be an advantage.Essential to your success in this role will be your exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, effective and confident communication skills, flexible approach and strong customer service orientation. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously whilst also within a strong team environment.Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and achieve results will only add to your success.
