With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference Our Opportunity Located in Scoresby you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager and will play a key role in driving our Iced Coffee portfolio. As an accomplished Brand Manager you will manage all elements of the marketing mix and demonstrate the capability to develop and implement all consumer/brand research, NPD programs and through the line marketing activities.Some key elements to the role will be :Brand Strategy - Develop and manage key strategies and profit contributionBrand Equity and Health - Distinctive brand positioning, clarity in target audience, establish and evaluate key brand metrics, implement action plans to deliver on these key metricsDevelop and implement brand plans – Identification of issues, opportunities, objectives, strategies and action plans in the areas of Packaging evolution, creative development, promotional campaigns, competitor understanding and sponsorship management & leverageTo be successful you will have experience in FMCG, particularly impulse categories such as beverages and confectionary, as well as having a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce. In this role you will be a skilled project manager, competent at coaching others and confident at analysing financial reports.You will be skilled in brand strategy, consumer insights and portfolio management. A demonstrated experience in guiding brand strategy within a large organisation would be an advantage. You will have successfully managed brand communications and new product development, and be confident providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders in the business.Critical to your success will be your superior planning and organization skills and ability to drive projects through to completion. You will be action oriented with exposure to running projects and the ability to hit the ground running.Interested?
