With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!Our OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available for the right candidate to further their career in Marketing.  Based in Scoresby, we are now seeking an experienced, energetic and pro-active Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department in our Cheese portfolio.Since Lactalis acquired Parmalat in 2011 we are accelerating growth in the cheese category as we advance into the future. We are  seeking a person with the ability to shape strategic ideas and implement activities to align our business whilst meeting the demands of the customer.As an accomplished Brand Manager you will be responsible for building, growing and implementing the brand strategy in the Cheese category by applying a creative approach to convert insights into brand sales and profit, whilst achieving brand awareness, volume, spend, penetration and market share.  A demonstrated experience in co-coordinating brand activities within a large, complex organisation would be an advantage. Skills & requirementsDegree qualified, you will have a genuine passion for marketing.You have gained experience in a business environment, but more importantly you have the pro-active attitude and enthusiasm to take things to the next level.You possess strong communication and relationship building skills enabling you to develop effective working partnerships both internally and externally.Facilitating the coordination, implementation and administration of marketing plansProject managing cross-functional teams including product and packaging development, consumer insights, category management, finance, logistics and operationsLeading NPD from concept development through to launchProviding detailed analysis of sales and share performance on relevant brands on a regular basisLiaising with media representatives, packaging companies, advertising agencies etc.Assisting in the preparation of advertising and promotional campaignsAssisting in the production of Point of Sale (POS) and merchandise material.This role entails direct brand management responsibilities across a number of brands.To be successful you will have experience in FMCG, as well as having a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce.  You will be a skilled project manager, competent in organising your own work.  You will have successfully assisted in brand communications and new product development, and be confident providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders in the business.  Your ability to be collaborative, approachable and think outside the norm is paramount.  Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG sales and tends, Nielsen/Aztec data analysis and financial acumen will be highly regarded.If you have the energy, are curious, proactive and driven to take things to the next level this might just be for you.Interested?  Apply now!  All applications are to be forwarded to our Talent Acquisition Manager by selecting ‘Apply Now’ and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – We have this one covered!
