The business is experiencing strong growth and has achieved this through clear direction and dedicated employees.Reporting to the CIO you will be pivotal in supporting and enhancing IT Solutions to our organisation. Working closely with our local and global Suppliers and Business Partners you will lead and collaborate to deliver system improvements and solutions across multiple functions to the entire Parmalat family.Responsibilities:Lead, Coach and Mentor a team of dedicated Back Office Analysts and Programmers (Team of 12 Staff).Planning, leading and actively participating in the design, configuration and testing of SAP and non-SAP systems used within Parmalat Australia.Co-ordinate team resources to deliver prioritised support and enhancement work items as necessary to meet project deadlines.Stakeholder Engagement with key business areas and business owners to ensure the delivery of business outcomes using technology is in line with their business outcomes.Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Ensuring internal IT processes are streamlined to improve efficiency and delivery.Track and manage IT projects from end-to-end to ensure deliverables and outcomes are met as expected.Big Picture Projects - Work with senior managers & the CIO to identify and agree on strategic projects for the company in line with the overall business strategy.Involvement in the yearly budgeting process and the ongoing monitoring and management of departmental budgets.Relevant skills and experience include:Experienced Team Leader with mentoring experience particularly in an Analyst/Programmer environment.Extensive Hands on SAP PP experience gained through a combination of project and support engagements. Knowledge in one the following SAP Modules (MM, QM and PM) is highly desirable.University Degree in Computing Science/IT with strong focus on Application Development, Analysis and Design.Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management with a view of delivering quality IT solutions that meet the needs of the entire business.Strong documentation and SDLC process experience.Ability to manage projects successfully.The successful candidate will have a consultative approach and have the ability to draw on your working knowledge to bring the best solutions to deliver your outcomes. You will need to be results driven and be used to working to tight deadlines. Strong Commercial acumen and Project Management skills together with being a leader and mentor to your team will see you be successful in this position.
