With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this OpportunityThe role is based in Lidcombe and reports to the Sales Administration Team Leader, the main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the NSW Field Sales and Account Management teams. This role is purely an administration role and does not require any selling. It is a permanent part time role based on 19 hours per week.Duties include, but are not limited to:Processing of Customer Forms and associated paperworkCoordinate Domestic Travel bookingsExpense managementHead Office rebate set up and processingSales Reporting and general reports as requestedProcessing of Franchise Distributor RebatesProcessing of Sales or Return ClaimsPrice list creationSafety trackingPoint of Sale management and processingGeneral office duties including supply management, laminating, photocopying, mail outsVarious other administrative and supportive duties as requiredTo be successful you will have had recently demonstrated highly developed administrative skills and experience with Microsoft packages, mainly Excel.  You will also have excellent time management and organisational skills, a high attention to detail and strong work ethic.  The ability to liaise with all levels of staff will be essential as will your ability to prioritise your workload.
